We build agencies the way we wish ours had been built.
Nexthing started as a software and automation shop. Somewhere along the way we got tired of the standard agency model — a website here, a CRM there, a Zapier chain holding it together — and decided to build the thing we actually wanted: one operating system, end to end.
What we hold ourselves to
Nothing sits there
Every customer is in a defined state with an owner and a timer. If a lead ghosts or a payment fails, that's not an exception a human has to notice — it's a branch the system already knows how to handle.
Autonomy has limits
AI acts freely within defined boundaries and stops at the edge of them. A discount, a refund, a nonstandard contract — anything unusual routes to a person before it happens, not after.
Buy the infrastructure, build the intelligence
We don't rebuild Stripe, Twilio, or e-signature. We integrate them deeply and build the orchestration, the CRM, and the decision-making around them — that's where the actual value is.
Everything is auditable
Every automated action logs who (or what) did it, why, and what happened. If an AI took an action on your business, you can always answer exactly what it did and why.
We are the proof, not just the pitch
Anyone can say “we help businesses harness the power of AI.” We'd rather show you the console our own leads move through, the exception queue we clear every morning, and the same client portal your project will live in. If the system isn't good enough to run our business on, we don't sell it to run yours.
