• Project, billing, and communication records once you become a client

How we use it

To respond to inquiries, qualify and route leads, schedule and prepare for meetings, deliver and support client projects, send service-related communications, and improve the site and concierge over time. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

Service providers that power specific parts of the system — payments, scheduling, e-mail delivery, e-signature, and hosting — only as needed to provide that function, and under their own data protection obligations to us.
